Several prescribed burning projects are scheduled today on national forest and Bureau of Land Management lands in southwest Oregon. The projects are detailed on the Medford Interagency Communication Center's prescribed fire web page.
Additionally, five burning projects will take place today on private forestlands in the Cave Junction area.
In Jackson County, two prescribed burns are scheduled for state-owned lands between Shady Cove and Butte Falls, and ten burning projects will take place on private lands in the Butte Falls, Trail and Rogue River areas.
